Job description

To support Lancashire and South Cumbria in the C(E)TR, quality oversight and host commissioner processes. Lead the implementation of C(E)TRs and empower and support people and their families to be equal partners in their own care and treatment Lead on the development and implementation of C(E)TRs by providing knowledge and skills to health, social care and education professionals and families through training, awareness raising and dissemination of information and Develop a process that provides assurance to Lancashire and South Cumbria ICB and NHS England that the administration and undertaking of C(E)TRs complies with national policy, guidance and Support the process for health and social care professionals in prevention of unnecessary admissions into Learning Disability and mental health inpatient beds through the coordination of a robust emergency C(E)TR process.
