Pay: £11.50- 12.50 per hour

Hours: 07:00AM - 17:40PM, Monday to Thursday

Location: Elmswell, Bury St Edmunds

Position Overview:

As a Quality Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the quality and safety of our client's products. Your main responsibilities will include assisting in the development of quality attributes for their range food products and conducting GMP audits to maintain compliance with industry standards. This is an exciting opportunity to join a supportive and collaborative team in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the creation of quality attributes for the range of food products.
• Conduct GMP audits to ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to continuously improve quality processes.
• Perform quality checks and inspections to maintain product consistency.
• Assist in the development and implementation of corrective actions when necessary.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to quality control.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Previous experience in the food production industry or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes accurately.
• Knowledge of GMP and quality control principles.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
