For the successful Quality Assurance Administrator, our client is offering:

1. Competitive salary paying up to £30K Per Annum
2. Hours of work 8.30 am - 5 pm Monday - Friday
3. Permanent position

The role - Quality Assurance Administrator.

1. Development and integration of the business quality management system to deliver the best achievable quality and to take a proactive approach in resolving non-conforming issues, with customers and suppliers.
2. Continuous improvement of the quality performance of the site to meet customer expectations.
3. Implementing and ensuring the right data quality of relevant quality KPIs.
4. Produce reports to be used by the business to monitor and improve quality performance.
5. Regular interaction with customers to assess the quality performance and perceptions, leading the improvement activities to ensure customer satisfaction.
6. Liaison with customers to ensure that quality concerns are closed out through effective management of the customer's complaint process.
7. Engagement with customers in quality review meetings.
8. Participation with production in helping resolve product issues that impact on product quality or performance.

1. Experience of working in a Quality Assurance position - ESSENTIAL
2. Excellent communication skills both written and oral
3. Acts autonomously to continually improve all processes in the eyes of the customer.
4. Problem Solver - be able to break down problems and to define solutions for improvements.
5. Be able to act as a change agent and to challenge for improvements.
