Quality Assurance Administrator Apprentice

PETA Ltd are proud to be working with Absolute Calibration to recruit and train a Quality Assurance Administrator Apprentice to learn Quality Assurance Administration to the highest level in a busy, quality driven environment. The successful candidate will be working closely with the companies Quality Coordinator, supporting in the maintenance and creation of company documents and data, becoming an integral and skilled team member. 
Training to be provided:
Level 3 Business Administrator Apprenticeship Standard. You will complete a 15-month apprenticeship which includes 12 days at the PETA training centre in Cosham. You will be supported every 6 weeks with visits from your PETA Learning & Development Coach.
 
About the role:
The Quality Assurance Administrator Apprentice will be responsible for the following duties:   

• Maintenance of the company document register and data
• Producing daily job sheets
• Checking customer’s incoming paperwork
• Producing monthly re-calibration requirements and update own calibration dates into a quality system
• General administration duties as required

What are the career prospects at Absolute Calibration?
There is the potential to be offered a full-time, permanent role at the end of the apprenticeship.
Essential Skills:
Full training will be provided for the role of the Quality Assurance Administrator Apprentice, however a proven ability in maths and good communication skills are important. Therefore, grade 4/C or above in Maths and English are essential. 
Desirable skills:

• IT Competent, including MS Office
• Organisational Skills
• Team working
