QUALITY ASSURANCE ANALYST
Location: Kettering
Start date: ASAP
Hours: Monday to Friday 9-5.30pm on site
Salary: £28-30k plus annual bonus

As a Quality Assurance Analyst, you will be responsible for first-line audit activities within our clients business, focusing on compliance monitoring. Your role involves coordinating audits, conducting phone audits, and ensuring compliance with operational and financial agreements. You will collaborate closely with various teams, including the Compliance Team, Assistant General Manager, and Senior Account Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Assurance:
- Coordinate and plan audits, ensuring timely execution and awareness of responsibilities.
- Conduct telephone audits on applications and contracts to assess compliance.
- Monitor compliance with the Operations Manual and Financial Services Agreement.
- Ensure compliance with regulated agreements (Fixed Sum Loan, Hire Purchase Agreements, etc.).
- Report comprehensive audit results in a timely and accurate manner.
- Manage random mailer audit processes.
- Collaborate with the Compliance Function to build robust management information for root cause analysis.
Training and Development:
- Develop and maintain comprehensive training documentation for internal associates and the Franchise Network.
- Deliver training to relevant departments for preventive measures.
- Present management information to internal teams and conduct field visits to identify and rectify issues.
- Provide training to new franchisees during their sign-up process to ensure understanding of Appointed Representative requirements.
Person Specification:
We are seeking an individual who:
- Has experience in a Financial Services or regulated environment.
- Demonstrates a strong ability to work independently and self-manage.
- Possesses a professional telephone manner.
- Exhibits excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Has strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Displays outgoing, positive attitudes, and strong interpersonal skills.
- Possesses excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
