Quality Assurance Auditor

Our client are a leading seafood manufacturer looking for a Quality Assurance Auditor for their site based in Surrey. This is an excellent opportunity to join a global business as well as enhance your skills and experience.

The candidate:
•    Should have quality experience (label checks, packaging, product checks).
•    Understanding/experience working with high-risk/seafood/frozen meats.
•    Food Safety certification and experience.
•    Must be able to work in a cold environment (will not always be in the freezer but is expected to perform routine checks).

The role:
•    Carrying out root cause analysis 
•    Ensuring independent process and product checks are completed in each area according to the schedule.
•    To manage food safety across the site and ensure food safety guidelines are adhered to.
•    To maintain and meet the analysis schedule for using the appropriate systems and sampling.
•    To understand and implement the Allergen awareness, procedures, and controls.

The salary on offer is £29,000 to £31,000 as well as a few benefits.
