About Us:
Domino’s Pizza, a global leader in the quick-service restaurant industry, is seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Compliance Manager to join our team. As a Quality Assurance Compliance Manager, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of safety, quality, and consistency.
Responsibilities:
- Quality Assurance: Support the maintenance of the Food Safety & Quality Management System, ensuring that the physical factories and their operations consistently meet DPG standards and legal requirements while striving for best practices.
- Compliance Validation: Validate compliance with the Food Safety & Quality Management System through product testing, verification exercises, monitoring of complaints, and pest control reports.
- Audit and Calibration: Maintain the internal audit and calibration schedule across respective site/s, ensuring timely completion of all audits and calibrations, along with appropriate record-keeping.
- Continuous Improvement: Drive improvement in the Food Safety & Quality Management System by collaborating closely with site teams and utilizing insights from audits, verifications, and complaint systems.
- Program Audits: Audit the Food Safety, GMP, and factory hygiene programs in collaboration with site operations teams. Notify appropriate stakeholders of corrective actions if non-compliance is detected.
- KPI Achievement: Manage, alongside the site management team, the achievement of key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify necessary improvements to meet targets.
- Compliance Verification: Validate and verify compliance through both announced and unannounced audits and testing, ensuring brand integrity across manufacturing, distribution, and storage sites.
- Audits and Visits: Prepare respective site/s for audits and visits conducted by statutory bodies and second- or third-party auditing bodies. Collaborate with the Group SCC Technical Manager to ensure closure on actions.
- Performance Reporting: Accountable for reporting respective site/s performance to business stakeholders. Collaborate to identify trends and strategies for overall site improvement, including Microbiological Standards, GMP Standards, Hygiene Standards, Customer Complaints, Non-Conformances, and Product Quality.
- Root Cause Investigation: Coordinate root cause investigations for all site and dough-related complaints and implement corrective actions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Quality Management, or related field.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in quality compliance, preferably in the food industry.
- Certifications: HACCP, SQF, or equivalent certifications are highly desirable.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and implement corrective actions.
- Leadership: Strong leadership skills to guide teams and drive quality initiatives.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
