Our client is a leading UK manufacturer or Solid and Liquid Oral dosage forms from their sites based just outside of the city of Manchester.

As part of their ongoing plan to build and develop a stronger and more quality focussed business, they are looking to bring into the team a true leader.

Someone with experience of leading small to mid-sized teams to achieve business critical quality objectives and to deliver ongoing improvements to the QMS and Quality Strategy.

This role provides a great opportunity to develop and grow with the business, reporting directly to the Managing Director of the business already.  The business is offering someone the chance to take a real leadership position, heading up a team of 5+ people directly (50+ indirectly) and helping someone to deliver real, impactful change to the organisation, and ultimately to the end patient too.

To be suitable for this role you need to be:

• A Certified QP for batch release
• Experienced in batch release (3+ years)
• Experienced as a QA leader in management roles
• Ideally experienced in Solid and Liquid Oral Dosage forms
