Quality Assurance & Document Controller

MAIN RESPONSABILITIES:

• Revise and update Marine & QHSE department management system documents.
• Prepare, organize and maintain filing systems for, primarily, documents that are legally required to be retained, ensuring legislative and guidance requirement focus is maintained.
• Interface with relevant departmental personnel & 3rd parties on documentation requirements.
• Ensure consistency in document presentation.
• Provide administration support to internal Business Management System continual improvement project.
• Releasing updated management systems documents, ensuring correct document properties and BMS drive filing structure is maintained.
• Focal Point for all BMS enquiries.
• Assist with the completion of Internal audits in the Office and Offshore
• Emergency Team member as required.
• Carry out Incident Investigations as required.
• Data collation for Operational and M&QHSE Reporting
