Description

  • Ensuring product quality and safety standards are met and exceeded.
  • Developing and implementing quality control systems.
  • Leading a team in conducting product inspections and tests.
  • Coordinating with the engineering and manufacturing teams to address any product issues.
  • Creating and maintaining documentation of Quality Assurance activities.
  • Identifying training needs and organising training interventions to meet quality standards.
  • Coordinating with external Quality Assurance auditors and technicians to ensure legal compliance.
  • Contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Profile

A successful Quality Assurance Lead should have:

  • A degree or equivalent in a relevant field such as Engineering, Manufacturing or Quality Assurance.
  • Proficiency in Quality Assurance software programs.
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail.
  • Knowledge of relevant quality control regulations and standards in the FMCG industry.
