The role
- Aid the Quality Assurance Director/HAAQM in implementing Quality Standards, including ISQM requirements, within the firm.
- Collaborate closely with the Quality Director to assess the SoQM against objectives, policies, and global requirements.
- Offer guidance, training, and assistance to implement SoQM across all firm functions.
- Assist the Quality Assurance Director in crafting and executing the Annual Quality Monitoring.
- Develop and execute a remediation plan, ensuring timely completion.
- Support quality reviewers as needed.
- Assist quality reviewers in conducting reviews and provide practical feedback to Engagement Partners and teams.
- Stay updated on emerging audit quality findings.
- Participate in developing and monitoring Quality Indicators for the firm.
- Aid in Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and propose meaningful remediation actions.
- Conduct thematic reviews on challenging audit technical topics.
- Consolidate information from monitoring activities for thematic analysis and feedback to the Firm.
- Innovatively develop and deliver training sessions.
- Contribute to thought leadership on Auditing Standards and methodology, including responding to relevant consultations.
- Develop communications tailored to the firm's size and context for all staff, partners, and findings.
- Assist the Quality Assurance Director in preparing periodic reports to Partnership.
- Coordinate with the Firm's Head of Audit and Assurance, Head of Advisory, COO, and service line teams to implement best professional practices for Quality Management.

Skills and Attributes:
- Hold a relevant and recognized accountancy qualification with at least five years of relevant experience.
- Possess proven auditing skills and a working knowledge of ISAs.
- Be a highly skilled and client-focused communicator with a strong track record of building relationships.
- Demonstrate strong organizational skills and experience managing multiple projects/tasks.
- Possess a proactive attitude toward delivering high-quality service to clients.
- Able to engage with various stakeholders and manage projects collaboratively.
- Capable of developing and delivering high-quality output against project objectives within tight deadlines.
- Ideally, have experience working in a technical team environment, either in audit methodology development or monitoring.
- Willingness to challenge the status quo.
- Exhibit excellent understanding and practical experience of the audit regulatory environment and possess high-level audit technical expertise.
- Demonstrate a strong commitment to contributing to a positive team environment.
- Able to work well under pressure and maintain a positive and committed attitude when dealing with team members and partners.
