Job Description: Reporting into the Quality Assurance Director, the main purpose of the Quality Assurance Manager role is to lead the quality department and ensure that all certifications, audits, and customer satisfaction are maintained.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Team Management: 

• Lead and manage a team of Test Engineers and Inspectors.

• Ensure effective planning and execution of work within the team.

2. Quality Management System (QMS):

• Control all aspects of the Quality Management System (QMS).

• Oversee and manage all reporting related to the QMS.

3. Certifications and Audits:

• Ensure that all certifications are up-to-date and maintained.

• Coordinate and manage audits to meet relevant standards and requirements.

4. Customer Satisfaction:

• Monitor and enhance customer satisfaction through effective quality management practices.

Minimum Duties:

• Collaborate with the team of Test Engineers and Inspectors to ensure efficient planning and execution of work.

Requirements:

1. Experience:

• Proven experience in a Quality Assurance role.

• Previous experience in managing a team.

2. Skills:

• Strong understanding and experience in implementing Quality Management Systems.

• Excellent organisational and leadership skills.

3. Certifications:

• Relevant certifications in Quality Management.

4. Communication:

• Effective communication skills to liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders.

Personal Attributes:

• Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality.

• Proactive and able to work independently.

• Strong problem-solving skills.
