Due to the planned retirement of our current QA Manager, we are looking for a suitably qualified replacement to join us on a permanent, full-time basis to continue our drive for excellence in everything we do.

The Role
As a Quality Assurance Manager, you will ensure the projects we deliver are of the required standard and we are achieving or exceeding our contractual obligations and client expectations. As our Quality Assurance Manager, you'll coordinate the activities and audit our projects to ensure we deliver the required quality standards set on all our projects. We are proud of our ISO 9001 accreditation and the role will involve ensuring that our BMS and procedures maintain our accreditation. Working with production staff, you will implement quality procedures, manage risks and conduct regular training for quality and compliance.
You will also review and report on installations, improve subcontractor performance, build relationships with customers and staff, and mentor site managers on Quality planning, programming and progress monitoring.
About You
To be considered for this role of Quality Assurance Manager, you will need:
- Proven experience in a similar role or Quality Assurance within a construction or building restoration environment
- Extensive technical construction knowledge
- The ability to plan, programme and organise
- Great leadership and influencing abilities
- Excellent communication skills
- Training and coaching skills
