Quality Assurance Officer (Benefits)

We are seeking an enthusiastic person to join a team of housing benefit experts, as a Quality Assurance Officer, for a client in Warwickshire.

Responsibilities:

Provide benefit case level support to the Benefits Team and the Department for Work and Pension through quality checking,

Management Information report checking, and system regression testing, to ensure benefit claims are accurate for customer benefit maximisation and DWP Subsidy purposes.

Requirements:

Thorough knowledge of the processes, procedures, and statutory framework underpinning housing benefit and the different council tax reduction discount.

Experience operating the Civica Open Revenues system to carry out technical Quality Assurance testing and accurate benefit assessments.
