Quality Assurance Supervisor – South London
A rare and exciting opportunity has arisen as part of a rapidly developing convenience food manufacturer.
The Company
The company is a private family-owned food manufacturer in South London supplying foodservice and retail clients with a range of chilled ready to eat products. Due to the fast organic growth of the business, we are looking for an Quality Assurance Supervisor to help our business realise it’s ambition of becoming the leading FTG supplier in the UK with the best quality delivered to our customers.
The Role
We are now looking for a Quality Assurance Supervisor who will drive a culture of improvement, systems and quality throughout the business.
You will be making sure that the company achieves and maintains the highest levels of compliance with BRC audits and requirements. Complaints Management and continuous improvement are one of the key objectives for the roles.
A competitive salary is on offer for this role.
You will take ownership for all Quality Assurance and technical systems activities including auditing, quality system management, HACCP, specification and artwork approval, supplier Quality Assurance and all other BRC standard compliance.
It's important that you have have experience in Food Quality management - maybe you have been working in QA / Quality Assurance or been a Quality Inspector or Auditor.

The Person
You will be an ambitious, forward-thinking individual willing to grow, with a fast paced and energetic company. With a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role and with proven project management experience, you will be able to demonstrate leadership, commitment and focus to the business.
