Our client, an industry-leading manufacturing company known for innovation and excellence, is in search of a dedicated and skilled Quality Assurance Technician to join their team on a permanent, full-time basis. Located in the breath-taking landscape of North Wales on the enchanting Llyn Peninsula, this is your chance to become a vital part of their manufacturing success story.
As the Quality Assurance Technician your responsibilities will include:
- Monitoring assessing and testing process operations
- Recording test results, handling data, and organising the administration of documents
- Documenting and quarantining non-compliant materials
- Calibrating testing equipment as required
- Taking corrective actions when necessary if a process or material is operating outside agreed limits
- Interpreting and communicating data deviations
- Performing site audits including hygiene, housekeeping, fabric, HACCP, pre-requisites such as stock rotation and QM Systems
- Participating in discussions to enhance product quality and performance
- Supporting the Technical Manager in maintaining quality management systems and HACCP
- Providing support / mentorship / guidance to more junior colleagues
We are keen to see your CV if you have the following:
- Experience of working in a similar role
- Proven Quality Assurance experience within manufacturing / food production
- Ability to provide mentorship / guidance / support to more junior colleagues
- Educated to GCSE standard or equivalent including Mathematics and English with a scientific background (desirable)
- Excellent communication skills written and verbal
- Detail orientated with the ability to follow written procedures/instructions
- Able to work under pressure and to deadlines
- Ability to drive and own vehicle

In exchange you will receive a competitive salary of up to £25,000 per annum depending on skills and experience.
