A leading, well established law company located in the heart of Cardiff are seeking a dynamic individual to join their Quality & Risk Department as a Quality Auditor. This role offers a superb benefits package including hybrid working
Responsibilities:
- Conduct audits across various functions and activities to ensure robust internal controls.
- Focus on compliance, operational, and quality management system audits.
- Implement and uphold quality documents to meet internal and external standards such as ISO9001, Lexcel, and SRA Handbook.
- Lead the planning and execution of the audit program.
- Prepare comprehensive audit reports including findings, areas of improvement, and root cause analysis.
- Collaborate on corrective and preventative actions.
- Maintain and oversee the database of past audit recommendations.
- Support with statistical analysis and reporting.
- Manage the external audit process as required.
- Analyse and report quality records and data to drive continuous improvement.
- Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong organisational, IT, and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proven capacity to build and maintain strong relationships at all levels.
- Sharp attention to detail and a methodical approach to work.
- Experience with ISO 9001 and internal auditing/quality qualifications.
- Familiarity with ISO14001 and Lexcel Quality Standard is advantageous.
