We have a requirement for a Quality Compliance Engineer to join our expanding production team, based on-site at our Clover Nook site in Somercotes. We have a number of local manufacturing sites, and some flexibility is required to assist other sites when needed.
WHAT OUR QUALITY COMPLIANCE ENGINEERS DO:
- Maintain, review and update the company QMS
- Performing all Quality conformance duties in relation to BSI standards
- Compile and deliver QA training and development to all staff
- Continually review and update the Quality compliance activities to meet KPI requirements
- Responsible for audit reviews, monitoring and controlling Quality Compliance
- Perform BSI audits throughout the business in different areas, in order to remain up to date and compliant
- Compile month end reports Work cooperatively and collaboratively with our
- Operational Teams in order to to continually improve product standards, performance and reduce waste
WHAT WE NEED FROM OUR QUALITY COMPLIANCE ENGINEERS:
- Ability to make decisions in situations where compromise may be required
- Able to manage multiple workloads effectively, prioritise activities and meet deadlines
- Have good communication and interpersonal skills at all levels
- Knowledge of effective Quality Compliance principles and approaches
- A pragmatic approach to Quality Compliance, with the ability to find solutions to complex problems
- A logical, structured, analytical approach to auditing and compliance to comply with company procedures
- Significant experience in the use and application of investigative/analytical tools such as 8D, storyboard and BOS
- Proven experience in BSI auditing skills An organised and structured approach to Quality Compliance, data management and document control
- Sound Microsoft Word and Excel skills
- Good report writing skills
- You will be rewarded with a very competitive basic salary of £33,000-£35,000 per year
