Quality Control Analyst

The role of the Quality Control Analyst will involve:

• Analysis of Raw Materials and Finished Products
• Working with approved test methods ensuring Good Laboratory Practices are maintained throughout all processes and procedures.
• Controlling and monitoring of Raw Materials and Finished Products effectively and in adherence to the Production Schedule.
• Ensure the company's products are the required quality.
• Ensure products are tested in accordance with the specification agreed with the customer.
• To calibrate or test equipment within the calibration scheme.
• Keep the Laboratory to a high standard of cleanliness.
• Assist with the creation of internal specifications and test methods.
• Assist in the training of other members of the department.
• Immediately communicate any problems/queries to the Quality Control Team Leader.
• To work in a team to ensure: all general laboratory tasks and shared equally and your activities don't impinge adversely on your colleague's activities.
• Report non-conformances/OOS/deviations to the Quality Control Team Leader.

The successful Quality Control Analyst will have the following skills and attributes:

• Previous experience working within Quality Control/Quality Assurance
• Experience working with raw materials/ingredients
• Worked in a similar manufacturing process (food, pharmaceutical, medical)
• Excellent communication skills.
• Good IT skills.
