The role of the Quality Control Analyst will involve:
- Analysis of Raw Materials and Finished Products
- Working with approved test methods ensuring Good Laboratory Practices are maintained throughout all processes and procedures.
- Controlling and monitoring of Raw Materials and Finished Products effectively and in adherence to the Production Schedule.
- Ensure the company's products are the required quality.
- Ensure products are tested in accordance with the specification agreed with the customer.
- To calibrate or test equipment within the calibration scheme.
- Keep the Laboratory to a high standard of cleanliness.
- Assist with the creation of internal specifications and test methods.
- Assist in the training of other members of the department.
- Immediately communicate any problems/queries to the Quality Control Team Leader.
- To work in a team to ensure: all general laboratory tasks and shared equally and your activities don't impinge adversely on your colleague's activities.
- Report non-conformances/OOS/deviations to the Quality Control Team Leader.
The successful Quality Control Analyst will have the following skills and attributes:
- Previous experience working within Quality Control/Quality Assurance
- Experience working with raw materials/ingredients
- Worked in a similar manufacturing process (food, pharmaceutical, medical)
- Excellent communication skills.
- Good IT skills.
