Quality Control Analyst

About the role

As QC Analyst you will play an important role within your team, using your technical expertise to support our manufacturing business ensuring raw materials and finished products are tested to meet the highest level of quality standards and business requirements. You will enjoy a varied role, performing analysis, completing investigations, and validation testing activities. We'd ask you to support closure to a number of team actions relating to CAPA/LIRs and change control/audit actions/SOP and method updates.

As an experienced analyst, we may rely on your expertise to support less experienced colleagues.

Experience

• Substantial experience in chromatographic (HPLC and/or C), spectroscopic and classical techniques
• Confident and knowledgeable of GMP and Data Integrity requirements in QC environments
• Skilled in troubleshooting
• Pharmaceutical, laboratory or related environment industry experience

By nature, you are a solutions-orientated team player that takes a proactive approach to their work. You will meet customer requirements, participate in regulatory and client audits. You drive to ensure safe working practices for you and your colleagues, meet testing lead times and RFT performance. A skilled communicator, both written and verbal you fit well within a team environment, yet you can confidently work independently.

Your background, experience and attributes will include:

• Relevant tertiary qualification in Chemistry/Pharmacy/Biology
• Ability to write standard operating procedures and conducting lab investigations
• Ability to work to deadlines, multitask and manage your time effectively
• Proven attention to detail, quality focused and a willingness to learn and improve
• Commitment to quality, standards, and integrity
• Flexibilty to work shifts

  • Day 0800-1600
  • Late 1330-2130
