Job Description
As a Quality Control Senior Analyst in Biochemistry, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of the company's products by performing analytical testing in the Biochemistry laboratory. You will be involved in the development, validation, and transfer of analytical methods, as well as troubleshooting and investigating out-of-specification results.

You will also be responsible for automation testing and automated testing, utilizing state-of-the-art equipment and software to improve efficiency and accuracy.

Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Biochemistry or related field, with at least 5 years of experience in a Quality Control role in the biopharmaceutical industry. You should have a strong background in analytical testing, method development, and validation, as well as experience with automation testing and automated testing.
You should also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. You should be detail-oriented, organised, and able to prioritise tasks effectively.

What skills you will need:

• Degree qualification (Science/Quality/Technical).
• Minimum of 4 years experience in the biotechnology and/or pharmaceutical industry, preferably in relation to ELISA, PCR or Bioassay Analytical Testing.
• Preferably Lean Six Sigma experience.
• Ability to think logically and be proactive under pressure.
• Ability to work as part of a team and on own initiative in a constructive manner.
• Flexible and self-motivated.
