Quality Control Warehouse Technician

Salary: £26,300 per annum, plus bonusSchedule: Monday to Friday, with a 1pm finish on FridaysContract: Permanent, working on a Formula One contract Role Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Quality Control Warehouse Technician to join our team. In this role, you will uphold safety regulations and inspect the production process to ensure all products meet quality standards. This position involves 60% administrative tasks and 40% physical inspection.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct visual and dimensional inspections of finished parts and incoming goods.
  • Create detailed reports for customers, including ISIR, FAIR, and PPAP documents.
  • Perform first-off inspections from the production department as needed.
  • Assist Quality Engineers with handling customer rejections.
  • Generate and manage rejection reports for incoming goods.
  • Record process scrap data accurately.
  • Support order dispatch and arrange collections.
  • Manage and create concession forms and requests for customer orders.
  • Ensure calibration of equipment within both Quality and Production departments.
  • Assist Purchasing and Finance with stock and inventory management as required.
  • Complete production documentation accurately and thoroughly.
Schedule:
  • Monday to Thursday: 8:00am - 4:30pm
  • Friday: 8:00am - 1:00pm
Compensation:
  • £26,300 per annum
  • Two annual bonuses
  • Permanent position from day one
Requirements:
  • Minimum GCSE Grade C in Maths and English (or equivalent).
  • Experience in a quality-focused role within a manufacturing environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office programs.
Competencies:
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment within a small team.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Self-motivated and resourceful.
