Quality Controller / Inspector / Qc / Qa (Awdo-P11708)

Quality Controller / Inspector who has an engineering and manufacturing background with a good eye for detail and excellent communication skills is required to join our team at Dudley Associates, a precision tooling and plastic injection moulding manufacturer based in Lutterworth, Leicestershire, East Midlands.

SALARY: £25,000 - £35,000 per annum

LOCATION: Lutterworth, Leicestershire, East Midlands

JOB OVERVIEW

We have a fantastic new job opportunity for a Quality Controller / Inspector who has an engineering and manufacturing background with a good eye for detail and excellent communication skills.

Working as the Quality Controller / Inspector your day-to-day duties will include:

•Follow First Off and Last Off inspection guides

•Patrol inspection

•ISIR reports for new product introduction

•PPAP

•Visual inspection for subcontract parts and final inspection

•Work to ISO9001:2015

•Create and update work instructions

•Liaison with customers and suppliers

•Maintaining quality KPI’s

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

As the Quality Controller / Inspector you will have the following skills and experience:

•Must have worked in a QA / QC, Quality Assurance / Quality Control / Inspector role

•Engineering background

•Manufacturing industry experience. Knowledge of plastic injection moulding would be extremely desirable, although not essential

•Excellent written and verbal communication skills

•Excellent customer facing skills
