As a Technical Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing their commitment to quality and food safety.
Position Overview:
They are seeking a skilled and dedicated Technical Coordinator to join the team. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring and driving continuous improvements in Quality and Food Safety, ensuring compliance with all BRC standards, and contributing to the audit team's success.
Key Responsibilities:
-Monitor and drive continuous improvements in Quality and Food Safety.
-Ensure the site is compliant with all BRC standards, maintaining audit readiness at all times.
-Actively participate in the audit team, contributing to successful audits.
-Investigate and manage food safety and quality non-conformances promptly and effectively.
-Implement corrective actions to prevent reoccurrence of non-conformances.
-Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with quality and food safety objectives.
-Maintain accurate records and documentation related to quality and food safety activities.
Qualifications and Experience:
-Previous background in food manufacturing is essential.
-Proven experience in a similar technical coordination role.
-Familiarity with BRC standards and audit processes.
-Strong understanding of quality and food safety principles and practices.
-Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to implement effective corrective actions.
-Detail-oriented and committed to maintaining the highest standards of product quality and safety.
-Previous experience in ambient product categories is advantageous but not essential.
Salary:
This role is paying between £25,000 - £30,000 dependent on previous experience.
