Location
P L F Ltd, The Old School, Esprick, PR4 3HJ, Lancashire, England. Part of the role will include visiting our sites based within the North West, 2 to 3 times a week.

About the Role
You will be responsible for co-ordinating key social value requirements undertaken by the business by communicating with various stakeholders in person and via electronic means, arranging events, and ensuring the social value requirements of the business are met, whilst also co-ordinating quality control through a bespoke application that the business uses, this involves gaining a deep understanding of what we do, and ensuring that the business is maintaining a high-quality standard for work carried out.
Role Responsibilities
- Orchestrating social value requirements, set by the directors
- Speaking with Stakeholders to organise events and working within a budget
- To use Social Media platforms such as LinkedIn & create posts.
- Create summary documents to outline social values carried out by the business either every quarter or a project-by-project basis.
- Gaining & maintaining a deep understanding of current building regulations, building practices & manufacturers' guidelines pertinent to the business
- Maintaining Quality record documents are upheld, downloaded & uploaded to the relevant portals required by our clients.
- Have good IT Knowledge to aid other people within the business on how to navigate & work with the quality assurance application we hold and use.
- Driving to various sites across the North West to discuss in person various technicalities and provide 1 on 1 training to other employees on how to manage and navigate our application.
What we're looking for
- Fully clean UK Driving license.
- Fluent in English due to directly communicating with clients.
- Feel confident to speak to various stakeholders professionally.
- Have excellent People skills.
- Have excellent IT understanding and knowledge.
- Have excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Experience within a similar social value role is preferred.
- Preferably have UK Construction experience, ideally in Masonry.
- Preferably have a valid CSCS Card.
