As a pivotal member of our organisation, you will collaborate closely with all company functions, ensuring seamless coordination of activities in post-market surveillance. If you're a Quality Engineer with a knack for continuous improvement and a passion for excellence, this is the role for you!
This is what you'll be doing as a Quality Engineer:
Gather consumer feedback/complaints from distributors and partners related to Quality, Performance, and Safety.Analyse trends in consumer feedback/complaints.Develop and take ownership of a comprehensive database.Create and uphold relevant quality instructions, specifications, and standards.Maintain all necessary records and performance indicators, analysing data to drive quality improvement.And this is what you'll need:
Proficient in orchestrating continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality performance as perceived by customers and consumers.Seasoned in adhering to ISO 9001/13485 quality system standards within a manufacturing setting.Possesses a solid grasp of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).Working within an electronics background would be advantageous.And this is what you'll get in return:
