Responsibilities
• maintaining the ISO 9001 Business Management System, ensuring compliance to industry standards American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME)
• customer and supplier complaints –using 8D system + other tools;
• Internal and External audits including supplier assessment and development.
• managing ISO9001
