Quality Engineer

As Quality Engineer, you will support the overall quality function during an exciting period of growth and investment within the company. The role will involve you:

• Supporting and update the QMS.
• Leading and conducting thorough audits to maintain and improve quality systems.
• Utilising ISO systems to drive continuous improvement in quality management.
• Monitoring and reporting on quality performance on site.
• Identifying root cause of quality issues.
• Implementing corrective actions and new processes.
• Supporting lean initiatives within the business.
• Working with internal teams to improve overall processes, developing and implementing SOPs and training teams as required.
• Contributing to the assembly process ensuring compliance with quality standards.

Preferred Requirements:

• Experience in assembly processes and quality control.
• Skilled in conducting comprehensive audits and implementing safety measures.
• Proficiency in QMS and ISO systems to drive quality enhancements.
• Excellent understanding of Quality Engineering principles and practices.
• Demonstrated ability to identify and resolve quality-related issues.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• Professional certification in Quality Management or related discipline.
• Proven track record of success in Quality Engineering roles.
