What you’ll do
- Product Assurance
- Create and implement aviation quality standards for products or services
- Monitor quality testing and identifying gaps in the testing
- Stay current on laws and regs to ensure compliance
- Oversee the product assurance team
- Train employees on quality procedures
- Create procedures to inspect and report quality issues
- Testing of products to ensure standards and specifications have been met
- Develop quality control policies for the business
- Facilitate professional QA advice to company staff, suppliers and subcontractors
- Perform analysis of quality related metrics and initiate improvements
About you
- Significant experience within quality environment in the aviation industry or similar
- Experienced in creating quality procedures around quality assurance
- Willingness to challenge the status quo
- Quality tools such as 5 why & 8D
- Detailed knowledge of current quality working practices
- Level 3 qualification or equivalent
