Our client is looking for an experienced Quality & General Office Administrator to join their fantastic team. This position will be based in their Swindon office. This is an exciting opportunity to work within a great organisation with great benefits.
Quality & General Office Administrator responsibilities:
- Monitoring and processing training records
- Maintaining customer compliance declarations
- Processing returns
- Internal audit assistance
- Uploading production set up sheets
- General administrative support
- Taking responsibility for documentation in MRP system by scanning and linking all documentation. This will include Ink marking 2nd checks, Patrol sheets and certificates for materials and sub-contract processes
- Maintaining vendor appraisals
- Booking in Gauges from production
The successful Quality & General Office Administrator will have:
- Telecommunication skills
- Great verbal and written communication skills
- The ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Microsoft word & Excel skills
- General Administration experience
- Ability to efficiently multi-task
Working hours: Monday – Friday: 8:30am – 17:00pm
