Job description

As a Quality Governance Facilitator you will have previous experience of working in safety or Quality Governance including a good understanding of root causes analysis, incident reporting and risk management.
The post holder will ideally have a clinical background and be expected to produce regular reports in line with the work of the quality and safety team.
It is essential the post holder has excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively and flexibly as part of a team.
The post holder will play a key role in ensuring that the organisation responds to safety events that take place in a timely manner and in supporting the delivery of the Quality Governance agenda at the hospital such as risk assessments and regulatory compliance.
The post holder will be required to work closely with relevant clinicians and staff across the Trust to deliver the safety agenda.
