An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Quality Improvement Business Partner to join Change Grow Live. The Quality Improvement Business Partner will report to the National Quality Improvement Manager and will have a varied role supporting the implementation of quality plans and initiatives. They will be pivotal in providing advice, guidance and support to local service teams as well as ensuring that the assurance framework is well embedded locally; understanding and interpreting data and facilitating sense making at a local/regional level, supporting services to use data, insight and evidence to manage risk and drive local improvement initiatives.
The Quality Improvement Business Partner will work collaboratively with people who use our services, external partners and agencies as well as internal colleagues. They will have a key role within the Assurance Team and will work closely with colleagues across the organisation to support the delivery of team and organisational priorities.
Where: Nationwide - This position provides the flexibility of a hybrid working arrangement, allowing employees to balance their work responsibilities between remote and on-site at one of our regional business office locations.
Hours: 37.5 per week
Salary: £47,085.94 - £52,541.86 Pro Rata (CGL points 43-48) Dependant on Experience.
Responsibilities
About the Role:
In this impactful role, you will:
- Quality Practice Expertise: Provide expert advice, support and guidance around quality practice to local and regional teams across Change Grow Live.
- Facilitate Learning Spaces: Facilitate local and national spaces and forums for collaboration and learning, developing high levels of awareness, knowledge and confidence in relation to quality.
- Collaboration for Continuous Improvement: Work collaboratively with colleagues across Change Grow Live to support the implementation of good practice in all that we do, ensuring that the experiences of those who use our services and those who deliver them shape practice.
- Policy and Procedure Development: Support the development and implementation of policies, procedures and new ways of working.
- Structured Programmes of Support: Provide regular updates to the wider organisation in relation to good practice and emerging risk within your assigned area(s), providing assurance on the management of local risk registers and Quality Improvement plans.
- Change Oversight: Work closely with Data Business Partners to analyse and interpret information and data, presenting this in a variety of local/regional forums and facilitating sense-making, identification of risk and development of improvement plans.
- Representation: Represent the Safeguarding and Quality Improvement Team and wider Assurance Team, providing expert input into a range of local, regional and national forums and groups.
About You:
As the ideal candidate, you bring:
- Quality Improvement Experience: Experience of working in a quality assurance/Quality Improvement role.
- Collaborative Approach: Experience working collaboratively with partner organisations and agencies.
- Internal Investigation and Quality Review: Experience of undertaking internal investigations/quality reviews, evaluating information and evidence, drawing conclusions and presenting recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborative Leadership: To confidently facilitate forums for collaboration, learning and sharing of good practice.
- Time Management Skills: Excellent time management and prioritisation skills.
- Communication Excellence: Effective communicator with the ability to negotiate, influence, challenge and support and generate confidence, trust, and respect at all levels of the organisation.
- Analytical Aptitude: Excellent analytical skills to assess, interpret, and present data effectively.
