In the role of Quality Improvement Lead, you will be predominantly based at our St Helens College Campus however this is a multi-site role and travel between sites is expected.
Supporting the Head of Quality Improvement, you will take lead roles with curriculum area reviews, observations, CPD activity, reporting, and ensuring the College remains compliant with external regulatory frameworks.
The successful candidate will have experience of working in a Quality Improvement role, improving teaching and learning through research informed pedagogy, coaching and mentoring staff to provide support and challenge, and ensuring best practice with internal and external quality assurance processes. You will also be fluent with MS Office 365, ProSuite and OneFile software.
You will be intrinsic in supporting the college to achieve its aim of providing a consistently fantastic student learning experience with great outcomes.
