Salary: £28,088 - £36,225 (depending on experience)

About the role QI
This is an exciting opportunity to join an innovative and dynamic team, responsible for building Continuous Quality Improvement capability within a large Mental Healthcare Charity.
As the analyst within the Quality Improvement (QI) team, you’ll be undertaking a key role to help build our measurement and data capability, by helping teams produce and manage data associated with the successful delivery of their QI projects. This includes production and collation of baseline data through various systems and databases, establishing measurement plans, and assisting teams through coaching and support to plot their data outcomes through the lifecycle of their improvement projects.
About you
We are looking for a high calibre individual with sound analytic skills, who is technically competent, gives attention to detail, and is used to working with many professions within the healthcare setting.
Experience of working with Excel is essential, as is the ability to produce Run and SPC charts with varying levels of complexity, whilst manipulating data using pivot tables and gathering information for thematic analysis.
If you have experience of working in analytical roles, are driven by curiosity with an interest in idea generation and problem solving, then we’d love to hear from you.
