Royal Greenwich Kinship Service is seeking to recruit a Quality Improvement Officer to join our innovative and well regarded Permanence Service, to help us provide the best possible outcomes to our Children in Our Care
We are looking for an experienced candidate with administrative skills who can operate flexibly as part of the business support staff group enabling core business support functions to be delivered.
The successful candidate will support the team in the delivery of the service, include viability assessments, private fostering assessments, special guardian assessments and connected persons assessments.
You will need:
- Good IT literacy, a strong understanding of information systems and collating/presenting data;
- Ability to identify, analyse and solve problems within the service and present information clearly and effectively
- Ability to work on own initiative, to prioritise workload and plan workload accordingly.
- Ability to ensure compliance with the Data Protection Act and respect confidentiality in the handling of sensitive information.
- Ability to follow guidelines and procedures, work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
