Adult Social Care -  Quality Improvement Officer - Fixed term to 31 May 2025

Keen to really make a difference to Adult Social Care Services?

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our Quality Assurance team as a Quality Improvement Officer. This role is supports the delivery of quality assurance functions across all aspects of adult social care. 

As a Quality Improvement Officer, you will work to ensure that our service delivers a person-centred approach that supports people's strengths and puts dignity at the heart of care and support. You will also work to ensure efficiency and value for money within adult social care. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Helping to develop and co-ordinate customer feedback activity
  • Supporting with audits and managing quality assurance processes
  • Tracking and monitoring improvement plans
  • Writing and producing associated reports
  • Gathering evidence for and preparing for Adult Social Care Quality Commission Quality Framework Regulations
