Introduction

Are you looking for a new career opportunity, where no two days are the same? If so, then join Elysium as a Quality Improvement (QI) Practitioner. This role will be remote with frequent travel to different sites.

As a QI Practitioner, you will be responsible for supporting and coordinating numerous QI projects at different organisational levels. You will be part of the central QI team which will act as Elysium’s internal resource for improvement science.

You will have a close working relationship with the regional operational and quality leads. You will play a pivotal role in the coordination of QI activity from local, divisional, and regional levels.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing and supporting projects that fall within Elysium’s portfolio of high priority QI areas.
  • Ensuring allocated project plan(s) are kept updated and regular reports are provided, as required by regional and corporate governance processes.
  • Facilitating meetings and workshop – leading and participating in change.
  • Providing leadership and improvement expertise for all QI projects occurring within allocated division(s) within the organisation.
  • Supporting sites on the use of data and measurement for improvement.
  • Forming and maintaining working relationships with external networks relevant to Elysium.

To be successful in this role, you'll need to have:

  • Knowledge of Quality Improvement systems.
  • Experience of working in the healthcare sector.
  • Experience of working effectively with service users and carers.
  • Experience and proficiency in all Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Administrative and secretarial skills.
  • Experience with complex databases and electronic records.
  • Experience of running and facilitating meetings and workshops.
  • Experience working with senior staff and key stakeholders.
