We’re looking for down-to-earth go-getters, who are ready to make their mark on the automotive industry. Our Site Operations teams play a vital role across our business. Here you can build on your knowledge and find your specialty at one of our sites or on the road – the opportunities are endless. Your key responsibilities will be:
What you’ll do:
Carry out pre-refurbishment inspections on around 10-30 vehicles per day.
Perform road testing on vehicles making fault suggestions based on your findings.
Carry out cosmetic inspections and assign repair methods to body work.
Perform basic under bonnet mechanical inspections, including using diagnostic tablet devices.
Test feature functionality on all vehicles e.g., Sat Nav, Cruise Control and Air Conditioning.
Ensure all the relevant documentation is accurately completed and all company procedures are followed. Tablet training and vehicle flow process training will be provided.
To be successful, you’ll bring some of the following experience with you:
Previous experience in a similar role or have relevant experience.
Ideally suited to Bodyshop inspectors, cosmetic appraisers and vehicle QC inspectors.
Candidates must be able to accurately recommend cosmetic repair methods to all manner of cosmetic defects.
Have basic IT skills, being able to follow a work list distributed via computer.
