We are currently recruiting for a Quality Inspector to join our manufacturing client based in Crick NN6.
Temp to Perm
£11.50 ph. will rise after 12 weeks.
Monday to Thursday 7.30- 1600 Friday 7.30-1300
The Quality Inspector will ensure that all Quality standards are achieved for both manufactured and purchased products. Providing the final point of inspection for the products and maintaining reports and performance metrics. Raising quality non-conformance reports (NCR) and supporting the problem resolution process, including Containment, Root Cause Analysis, and Corrective and Preventative Actions.
Skills Required:
. Aerospace and airworthiness knowledge
. Good interpersonal, communication and numerical skills (both verbal and written)
. Good interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written)
. Diligent, enthusiastic and driven, with an excellent work ethic and a "can do" attitude
. Highly adaptable and capable of making decisions in a fast and pressured environment
. Ability to understand and apply Cosmetic Guidelines and build standards
. A basic awareness of First Article Inspection requirements (AS9102)
. Understanding of NCR and MRB processes
. Awareness of basic and Experience with structured problem-solving tools (Ie Fishbone,5 Whys, etc)
. Confident in the use of Microsoft Office (i.e Word and Excel) and accurate data entry skills
