Exciting Opportunity: Quality Lead - Tower Hamlets Service
We are thrilled to announce an exciting opportunity for a Quality Lead to join our Tower Hamlets Service. This role is dynamic and impactful, requiring you to undertake a quality improvement and development position. Your responsibilities will include conducting regular and cyclical audits across all aspects of service delivery, identifying best practices, implementing quality improvement plans, and evaluating their impact. In fulfilling these aims, you will keep up to date with quality improvement progress across the sector, emerging evidence-based practice and new legislation including regulation.
Location: Tower Hamlets (Flexible - Part on-site and part remote work)
Hours: 37.5 per week
Salary: £34,700.09 - £36,635.38 plus Inner London Weighting (£4,072.06)
Responsibilities
About the Role:
In this role, you will:
- Improve quality through regular audits of service delivery and governance.
- Identify areas for improvement and formulate robust action plans.
- Collaborate with staff at all levels to implement plans and set up evaluation mechanisms.
- Support the Designated Safeguarding Lead in risk assessment, compliance, and legislation adherence.
- Provide coroner and CQC reports as required by the service.
- Analyse user feedback, complaints, and compliments to implement service improvements.
About You:
- We are looking for someone with:
- Experience in Social Care and the Drug and Alcohol field.
- Knowledge and understanding of the recovery ethos.
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise dynamically and long-term.
- Experience in conducting audits and reviews to inform service evaluation and development.
- Proficiency in data analysis and problem prioritisation.
