This role will present you with the opportunity to shape the strategic direction of the Product Assurance team where you will be managing the team, assuring products that are manufactured within the supply chainYou will have opportunities to help shape the Quality Strategy in terms of people, process, and toolset improvementsPerforming Root Cause Analysis when escapes occur from suppliers via Field Engineering team and reach receipt inspection to the build lineBeing an advocate of change, embracing new technology and implementing improved inspection methods / techniques along with new methods to gain Assurance of special process assurance within the supply chainAssuring consistent and efficient processes are developed, improved and adhered to for Submarines to enable delivery of programmes to our customer and business expectations within given area of responsibilityManaging given budgets to ensure that the objectives of Submarine Solutions are realisedYour skills and experiences:Have experience with Quality Leadership and influenceQuality skills / Quality experienceFamiliar with Quality Root Cause AnalysisData report writing, development and presentation skillsAPQP / PPAP or FAIR knowledge would be advantageousBenefits:You'll receive benefits including a competitive pension scheme, enhanced annual leave allowance and a Company contributed Share Incentive Plan.
