Reed Engineering are delighted to be partnering with a successful and innovative manufacturing company who work with a number of different power supplies including chips, panel mounts and encapsulated electronic devices. The role is located in Aldermaston and will suit a Quality Engineer who wants to step up into a Quality Manager role using their skills and experience with developing ISO 9001, carrying out and supporting internal audits and instigating different strategies developing the companies systems with an aim to achieve additional accreditations including ISO 14001.
Responsibilities will include managing and evaluating product quality and returns are monitored and communicated, commercial problem solving with product issues that can influence customer satisfaction and future business and developing ISO 9001 within the business to create an environment which will meet modern-day practices.
Essential:
- Experience of internal audits
- Experience in Management
- Experience in and developing ISO 9001:2015 Standards
- Experience working within the Electronics Sector
- Ability to develop internal systems
Salary:
£35,000 to £45,000
As a successful applicant for this role, you will need to have qualifications in auditing, experience in managing and developing ISO 9001 and good time management skills where you have the ability to prioritise and maintain multiple deadlines to an effective and compliant manner.
