QUALITY ASSURANCE - QUALITY CONTROL - COMPLIANCE - REGULATORY - ANALYST - QUALITY ENGINEER - TECHNICIAN - CHEMIST
No previous experience necessary in a quality role as full training and support on all products, processes, and compliance standards will be provided. Would suit someone who is currently working in a manufacturing envrionment as a technician, analyst, QC, regulatory or chemist looking to move into a Quality position.
Responsibilities;
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of all compliance and improvement activities.
- Engage with various departments to ensure understanding and adherence to compliance requirements and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Act as a point of contact for regulatory bodies and external auditors.
- Coordinate and lead internal and external compliance audits, addressing any non-conformities.
- Act as the Data Controller, determining the purposes and means of processing personal data, ensuring that data processing activities are compliant with relevant data protection regulations.
- Identify areas for operational and procedural enhancement.
- Implement and oversee continuous improvement projects, ensuring they align with company objectives and industry best practices.
- Collaborate with various departments to drive efficiency and quality improvements.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with all relevant local, national, and international regulations.
- Positively assist the company in finding solutions to non-compliance matters
- Regularly review and update the company's compliance policies and procedures.
- Prepare and present regular reports to senior management, highlighting performance metrics, audit results, improvement initiatives, and areas of concern.
Candidate Profile;
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Previous experience in manufacturing environment desirable.
- Would consider candidates with an analytical background (technician, analyst, QC, regulatory or chemist) who are looking to move into a Quality function
