We are working with a CRO focused on Validation, Clinical, Drug Saftey, Clinical and Quality Assurance. They are seeking a remote QA service Director to join.
You will strategically lead service delivery to ensure client projects meet quality, timeline, and budget expectations. You will oversee all QA & CSV services while ensuring department operational excellence, profitability targets and regulatory compliance.
Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end delivery of our quality and compliance service projects
- Continuously improve service quality through process analysis and goal-setting
- Ensure achievement of department revenue, cost, and profitability targets
- Assess client feedback, make improvements to enhance customer satisfaction
- Represent company in client and partner meetings
- Provide support and guidance to project managers on critical issues
- Review and validate technical aspects of new client proposals
- Perform hands-on work on client projects requiring QA/compliance expertise
- Create GxP documentation and consultancy deliverables
- Guarantee compliance with GVP, GCP, and other relevant regulations
- Lead planning and budgeting process for the department
- Oversee supplier selection and relationship management
- Support HR initiatives around employer branding, talent acquisition and retention
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or related field
- 10+ years experience in quality assurance, with at least 5 years in a management role
- Deep expertise in GCP, GVP, and other life science regulations
- Fluent English
- Revenue planning, cost management, and profitability analysis skills
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Availability to travel for work proposes
