Quality Specialist - Logistics

We are recruiting for a Heathrow based company looking for a Quality specialist to join them. You must be fully aufair and conversant in ISO 9001, 45001, 14001 / UK HSE.

Duties will include:

- Preparing and producing reports

- Monitoring complaints and ensuring they are resolved quickly and professionally

- Ensure Heathrow site is working in accordance with ISO / QEHS requirements.

- Monitoring mailbox and checking tasks that have been allocated daily.

- Prepare reports for service meetings

- Assist with internal audits & BSI Audits

You must have strong Microsoft skills in Word, Outlook and Excel for reporting. Experience in reporting and audits and a good working knowledge of ISO.
