About Police Collaboration Wales and the Forensic Alliance Programme
- We are a small team who work across projects in police forces in Wales to aid the delivery of collaboration. These projects include areas such as sustainability, digital, forensics and more!
- The Forensic Alliance Programme is a new venture between South Wales, Gwent & Dyfed-Powys Police to build a new target operating model for forensic services based on the successful two force collaboration. This includes a collaborative Sexual Assault Referral Centre (SARC) provision.
- We mainly work either from an office near Bridgend or from home.
- We work 9-5 Monday-Friday though do sometimes support activity on the weekend and evenings.
About the role and your key responsibilities:
The post holder will support the delivery of the Forensic Alliance programme by
- Providing day to day administrative support to the quality provision.
- Work with the Quality Team and Project Manager to deliver an enhanced service that meets ISO standards.
- Updating of project and quality documents which will form part of a Quality Management System.
What skills and experience do we need you to bring to the role:
We are keen to hear from you if you are well organised, proficient in Microsoft applications with previous experienced of office management or secretarial skills.
You must be able to work with a wide range of people, have clear communications skills and work as a team player.
You will likely have experience or knowledge of forensics.
The successful Candidate must be willing to undergo vetting to MV/SC Vetting.
This role is suitable for part time/job share workers
