Are you looking for an entry level position within the Electronics sector that will offer you training and development opportunities?
This company are based around the Salisbury area and you will be working from the office. The business is a leading manufacturer of electronic products supplied to a wide range of sectors. As part of an international group they have seen ongoing success and as such are now looking to bring in an additional Support Technician to help drive their growth.
In this role you will be responding to customer technical queries to provide support and resolve problems. You will identify if any devices need to be replaced and action these for despatch. When products are returned you will investigate and fault find to component level to identify the cause of the problem and then liaise with the production team to resolve the issue. You will also be involved in new product testing.
