Monday to Friday Day Shift (37.5 hours per week)
Gi Group are recruiting for a global manufacturer and supplier of a range of pioneering medical, pharmaceutical and personal health industries. This is a full time contract starting as soon as possible and is a great chance to join a forward thinking and growing business at their site in Widnes, WA8.

You will be responsible for conducting in-depth chemical analyses and quality control testing of raw materials and final materials used in the manufacturing process. The QC Technician will be part of a dynamic team working to ensure the safety, quality, and performance of our products.
Main Duties:

• Material Analysis:Conduct chemical and physical analyses of raw and final materials, including composition, purity, and structural properties, to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and product specifications.
• Quality Control:Develop and execute quality control methods and protocols for the assessment of raw materials, intermediates, and finished products to maintain consistent product quality.
• Instrumentation:Operate and maintain a variety of analytical instruments to perform material characterizations and identify any deviations or impurities.
• Data Analysis: Collect, analyze, and interpret data, presenting results to the Vista team and management, and suggesting appropriate corrective actions or improvements.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate and organized records of all experiments, testing procedures, and results, in compliance with company protocols and regulatory requirements.
• Regulatory Compliance: Stay up to date with relevant industry regulations and standards, ensuring that all materials and products meet safety and quality guidelines.
• Collaboration:Collaborate with all departments and cross-functional teams as needed. Troubleshoot and report issues, develop solutions for product improvement.
• Safety: Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues
