My client is looking for a quality manager to join their leading manufacturing company. This role as Quality Manager will involve being accountable for the day-to-day management of Internal and external audits and working on any non-conformances. You will be supporting the Technical Account Manager in ensuring customers needs are all met
The role:
- Manage customers technical requirements
- Create strong relationships with customers and help meet their expectations
- Organise customers audits and visits
- Monitor the quality of the products ensuring they meet the specifications
- Build strong and proactive relationships with colleagues, factories and depots
- Prepare and attend to any customer complaints
About you:
- Food Science degree or equivalent experience
- Knowledge working in food safety
- Experience with UK retailers and providing customer service
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Proficient on Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Ability to travel in the UK and EU
- Clean driving license
Within this role you will be joining a close-knit team that values teamwork. This role will involve opportunities to travel to the UK and EU based factories.
Based in Surrey
Salary £35,000-£38,000
