Quality/Curriculum Manager

Location: Leeds City Centre – working from the office Monday to Friday from the office
8.30 am to 4.30 pm, with a 4pm finish on a Friday
Job Purpose:
We are seeking a Quality/Curriculum Manager to work for this independent training providers, specialising in delivering high-quality education and funding training programmes in further education. Duties & Responsibilities:
- As a Quality and Curriculum Manager, your duties will be to control the IQA quality assurance process to help the organisation establish quality regulations for products and employees.
- Analyse data to develop plans to recruit quality staff, motivate and encourage employees.
- Improve processes and product quality for awarding bodies and external organisations such as Ofsted and ESFA
- To help and design enforce quality controls to maintain company standards.
- Playing a crucial role in ensuring the excellence and relevance of the training programs
- Overseeing the quality assurance, curriculum development, and compliance with regulatory standards
- As a key member of the management team, responsibility to ensure that the management, administrative and quality assurance systems are properly maintained.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance.
- Analyses feedback from learners, staff, and stakeholders to identify areas for improvement.
- Act as Quality nominee in Ofsted inspections
- Collaborate with subject matter experts and instructional designers to develop and update curriculum materials.
- Ensure the training programs align with industry ends, employer needs and educational standards.
- Provide guidance and some training to staff in the team on quality.
Experience of the below essential:
- Proven experience in quality assurance and curriculum management within further education sector
- Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and accreditation processes
- Ability to lead a team.
- Experience of co-ordinating EQA visits
- In-depth knowledge of awarding organisation requirements
Salary and Benefits:
- £35,000 to £45,000 per annum
